Please fill in the booking form below to book MUD for a private event.

You MUST be a member to hire MUD.

Please note that by submitting this form and entering your name at the bottom you are confirming you have read and accept our Hire Terms & Conditions and have read and accept the following Declaration.

All bookings are subject to availability, we will check as soon as we get your booking form emailed to us and confirm this back to you with a payment link for paypal if you ahve chosen that option for payment. Your booking will only be provisional until a 50% deposit is received.

If you choose to pay this via paypal please indicate if you wish to pay the deposit or toal hire fee. We will email you a paypal payment link.

Declaration

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age and I have read and agree to abide by the MUD conditions of Hire, MUD Membership Rules, Codes of Conduct and

Guidelines of M.U.D. at all times. I agree to indemnify MUD-UK Ltd for any liabilities arising out of my conduct and the conduct of members of my Party

whilst using the facilities.

I confirm that I understand that the M.U.D. management and members have a right to privacy and confidentiality. I confirm that I have no ulterior motive that, I

am not an undercover agent, journalist, police or agent of police, fanatical member of any church, government officer or any other person with a reason to

discredit, embarrass or damage the M.U.D. management or its members.
