Conditions of Hire

1.It is a condition of hire for Manchester’s Unbelievable Dungeon that all customers are required to: -

a.Complete a M.U.D membership application for each member of your party.

b.Complete a booking form and once completed to forward it together with a 50% non-refundable deposit.

2.On receipt of the completed booking form and deposit, membership for you and your party will be assessed. Once membership is confirmed the booking will then be confirmed.

3.The Hire is for the period stated above; this may only be extended with the agreement of the MUD Team and will be subject to availability. Hire extensions will be charged at standard hire rates.

4.The balance of the fee will be payable on arrival. Bookings should normally be made 14 days in advance of the required date.

5.The dungeon will always be presented in a clean and tidy condition and it is a condition of hire that, you leave it as you found it. The Dungeon Master will inspect the room at the conclusion of the hire period, in the company of the hirer and if items are found to be missing, damaged or additional cleaning is required, and then the hirer will be required to reimburse the owner.

6.On arrival you will be required to furnish proof of identity (driving licence or recent utility bill) for your own benefit and safety, ensuring that all members are genuinely likeminded and are fully consenting to these activities.

7.You will also be required to sign a disclaimer absolving the owner of any responsibility whilst, you and your party are using the dungeon facility.

8.M.U.D. reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the hire if, any of these conditions are not met, or if the M.U.D membership rules are not observed.
